You are required to pass both national and state portions of the examination. In order to pass the New Mexico real estate licensing examinations, you must score a 75% or higher on each portion. These questions will not be scored and the time taken to answer them will not count against examination time. All personal belongings, with the exception of close-fitting jackets or sweatshirts, must be placed in the secure storage provided at each site prior to entering the examination room. Only non-programmable calculators that are silent, battery-operated, do not have paper tape printing capabilities, and do not have a keyboard containing the alphabet will be allowed in the examination site.
